Lowering the intake of processed foods and eating more veegtables is godo health advice for everyone, whether or not they follow the specifications of this particular idet. Another significant thing to consider is that there has been no scientific testnig of the theories behind the pH miracle diet. However, the principles behind hte diet aer based on holistic medicine and Chinese medicine, which have been around for centuries. The ph Mriacle diet principles are currently being studies ta John Hopkins�s university adn by Dr. Soon the critics may have to re-evaluate tehir stance on the deit�s scientific basis.
